From Animal Waste to Renewable Energy
Turn Livestock Waste into Clean Energy, Organic Fertilizer & New Revenue
Animal waste is more than a disposal challenge—it is a valuable renewable-energy resource.
Our animal-waste biodigester systems convert manure from cattle, pigs, poultry and other livestock operations into biogas through anaerobic digestion. The biogas can be used for cooking, heating, hot-water production, boilers and electricity generation, while the treated digestate can be recovered as a valuable organic fertilizer.
We design practical, scalable biodigester solutions for farms, livestock facilities, poultry operations, pig farms, dairy farms, abattoirs and agricultural businesses.
Our systems are engineered around the specific characteristics of your animal waste, daily manure production, water availability, energy requirements and available space.
How the System Works
• 1. Animal Waste Collection
Manure is collected from livestock housing, poultry facilities, piggery operations or other designated collection points.
• 2. Feed Preparation
The manure is mixed with the appropriate amount of water where necessary to create a suitable feedstock for anaerobic digestion.
• 3. Anaerobic Digestion
The prepared waste enters an oxygen-free biodigester where naturally occurring microorganisms break down the organic matter and produce biogas.
• 4. Biogas Collection
The methane-rich biogas is captured safely from the digester and directed through the gas-treatment system.
• 5. Gas Cleaning & Conditioning
Depending on the application, the biogas can be treated to reduce moisture, hydrogen sulfide and other impurities before utilization.
• 6. Energy Generation
The recovered biogas can be supplied to suitable equipment for cooking, heating, boilers, thermal applications or electricity generation.
• 7. Digestate Recovery
The remaining digested material can be processed and utilized as an organic soil amendment or fertilizer, subject to appropriate quality and regulatory requirements.

What Can Animal Waste Produce?
🐄 Cattle & Dairy Manure
Cattle manure can provide a continuous feedstock for anaerobic digestion. Dairy farms can use the resulting biogas to reduce dependence on LPG, firewood, diesel or grid electricity for selected applications.
🐖 Pig Manure
Pig farms generate manure with significant organic content that can be suitable for biogas production when properly collected and managed.
🐔 Poultry Waste
Poultry operations can generate substantial quantities of organic waste. With appropriate feedstock handling and system design, poultry waste can contribute to renewable-energy production.
Potential applications:
• Farm heating
• Cooking
• Thermal energy
• Electricity generation
• Organic fertilizer production
• Waste-management improvement
